Tour Highlights

  1. The IMV Retro Van

    • Hop on a fully restored 1975 IMV van—the first vehicle ever produced in Socialist Yugoslavia, originally introduced in 1962. Once the backbone of government institutions such as the police, fire brigades, hospitals, national railways, and airports, this iconic van was everywhere. Today, it stands as one of the very last of its kind.
  2. Brutalism and Surrealism

    • Mostar is filled with incredible examples of brutalist and surrealistic socialist architecture. Together we will explore the ruins of a forgotten yet super-inspiring architectural Era. Some of the locations are: the Razvitak shopping mall, the Toblerone Bank and The Partisan Memorial.
  3. Movies and Music

    • During the tour, we will listen to music and learn about the greatest bands and most unusual musical movements in the Balkans. At the same time, we will dive into the history of filmography with live explanations and presentations of the most inspiring movies in this part of the world.
  4. Mostar Street Art

    • Mostar is home to a vibrant Street Art Festival. During the tour, we explore entire districts where dozens of large-scale graffiti murals cover whole buildings. This powerful urban art scene represents a new face of Mostar—an unconventional yet creative way the city has healed after the destruction of the 1990s.
